REGISTRATION
For your free registration we need;
1. your id / visa or residence permit
2. your last pay slip, statement of employment and an employment contract
3. a recent bank or post giro statement made out to your current address
If you decide to register on-line, please fill out the registration form and bring the necessary documents to the first coming viewing. All documents are archived by AVH Wonen. If a house is assigned to you, we will keep these documents and archive them. No (potential) landlord will be allowed access to these documents without your approval.
Note: Lessee's with an income lower than 800,- euro (including taxes) ALWAYS need to have a statement of guarantee signed by someone who can prove that they do have an income over 800,- euro. All students also need to have such a statement of guarantee signed. The one providing the guarantee will of course also need to provide the documents listed as points 1, 2 and 3 above.
COMMISSION / CHARGES Only when you rent a house through AVH Wonen we charge you a commission.

TERMS and CONDITIONS When registering with AVH Wonen you agree to the following terms and conditions: • The data you have supplied has been entered correctly and to the best of your ability. • The data you have supplied will be treated with strict confidence. • The data you have supplied can be checked and verified by AVH Wonen (for example by means of credit check). • The confirmation of this registration does not constitute the right of assignment. • You are to include the following documents with this form: your ID, a recent bank statement, a pay slip & an employment contract. • You hereby give AVH Wonen the explicit task to seek suitable living space. • In case a house is assigned to you, you will need to sign a rental agreement as is customary with AVH Wonen. • All verbal and written announcements concerning the rent of a house are assumed to have been made with the landlord's permission. If after the fact it becomes clear that no such permission was given, the rent will be cancelled, with no rights able to be derived from any of our announcements or any down payments. In such a case, we will not be held responsible for the consequences in any way. • The final assignment of a house is always the responsibility of the landlord / owner. • Only in case of rental, a one-time courtage (fee) equal to one month worth of rent plus taxes will need to be paid. In some cases the landlord will pay 25%, 50% or even 100% of the commission (please look to the specific informationsheet per accommodation. • By renting a house and signing the corresponding rental agreement, you are obligated to fulfill the payment of rent, deposit, and mediation costs (plus taxes), in cash or by means of a bank grant. • At the date of delivery of any house that may be assigned to you, any previous agreements need to have been fulfilled. • After a house has been assigned to you, your registration with AVH Wonen will be terminated. • Not showing up to view a house (when an appointment has been made and confirmed) will cancel your registration automatically. • In case of a cancellation on your part, no matter the reason, you are obligated to pay one month worth of rent before the date of delivery, as well as the mediation costs (plus taxes). • When renting commercial real estate, the commission fee will be two months worth of rent plus taxes, instead of the usual one. • Your personal data will be stored in a register, the way it is described in the Registration Law (Wet Persoonsregistratie / W.P.R.).
